A weekly, online group to navigate the ebbs and flows of life

Do you feel like you have missed out on fun and adventures of life because of your life circumstances?

Do you feel lonely or isolated, or in some way stuck in your life choices?

Do you feel like you sabotage yourself a lot which gets in a way of making fulfilling choices?

If you are looking to grow your confidence and self-acceptance - in soulful, meaningful connection with others - this group is for you.


Over 9 weeks, the group will support you to feel more accepting of yourself and provide tools to create more meaningful relationships. You will develop more confidence as you make peace with self-critical and limiting beliefs, experience belonging to a tribe of fellow travelers, and rewrite the narrative of your life together with other like-minded people.


It is led by a UKCP-registered Gestalt psychotherapist and creator Katy Swoboda, and based on the Gestalt cycle of experience, includes elements of grief work and awareness-based movement practices.


Each series is limited to 6 people meeting online over the 9 weeks on a weekly basis. This is a closed group to foster deepening safety and trust over the weeks we get to know each other, and so your commitment is to the whole duration of group.

What happens in a group session?

This is a facilitated and held support group, and not a therapy group. I will be holding a non-judgmental and safe space for you to explore how creativity, embodiment and spirituality can support you in exploring themes from your life together with a group of committed explorers.


Through dialogue and witnessing others as well as guided creative and embodied practices, we will expand our capacity for focused awareness, self-trust and connection.

This 9 week self-development group includes psycho-education on:

  • stages of life and developmental tasks for these stages
  • an introduction to a lens which can support your understanding of the relationship between self, others, and environment
  • an introduction to the Gestalt cycle of experience which can help you cultivate a sense of satisfaction and letting go
  • an introduction to acceptance and self-compassion practices
  • an introduction to how we can tap our embodied wisdom

Who is the group for?

This group is open to anyone interested in developing practical tools which will support meeting your needs for:

  • An accepting relationship with yourself
  • Connection with others
  • Cultivating a sense of belonging
  • Spiritual development -connection beyond ourselves with nature and what nourishes you
  • Creating a constructive life narrative supporting you to live the life you want to live

The group starts in January 2025 and takes place on Fridays at 10.45am – 12.15pm.

Payment Options

Please choose the payment option below that best reflects your financial circumstances,


Reduced: £270 - if you are on benefits or unemployed, and/or financially struggling

Standard: £378

Supporter/Generosity: £495 - if you can afford, and have enough to support others, this would support me to offer a low-cost place

It’s possible to pay in 2 installments – 50% on registration, and this will guarantee your place in group, and the second installment on a Monday before week 5 starts.
